No. 13987 of 2025. A copy of the said order has been annexed with the record.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the reasons on which the Hon'ble Apex Court was pleased to grant bail to one Sentu Seikh, I am of the view that the same principle would apply to the present petitioner.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Raja Khan shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act-cum- learned Additioal District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad.

If on bail, the petitioner shall also make himself physically available on each and every date so fixed by the learned trial court and shall not leave the district of Murshidabad without prior intimation to the learned trial court.

If there is any violation of the above conditions, the learned trial court would cancel the bail of the present petitioner without further reference of this Court. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1538 of 2025 is allowed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
