2. Record demonstrates that, the trial is absolutely at the fag end. Statements under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code were recorded. Prosecution concluded their argument. It is for the defence to conclude their argument. Next date fixed is February 25, 2025.

3. In such circumstances, learned trial Judge is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties, in particular to the defence since they are anxious as to the early disposal of the trial.

5. In such factual matrix, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
