Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner alleges police inaction and submits that all the relevant sections that were imputable in the FIR were not imputed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents denies the allegations made in the writ petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, a specific FIR was registered being Chakdah PS Case No.814 dated 14.11.2023 under Sections 341, 323, 325, 34 of the IPC. The accused was arrested.

The Investigating Agency shall be at liberty to incorporate appropriate provisions at the time of filing of report in final form, if necessary.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

With these observations, WPA 26275 of 2023 is disposed of.

Since the Court did not invite the parties to file affidavits, the allegations made are deemed not to have been admitted.
