Sanyal ... for the State Mr. Chakraborty, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are typographical mistakes in the order dated 4th December, 2024 in some paragraphs and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 4th December, 2024, it is revealed that in the first paragraph instead of "respondent no.4", it should be read as "respondent no.1, and instead of "29th August, 2023" it should be read as "29th August, 2024, and in the 9th paragraph instead of "Section 73" it should be read as "Section 74" and instead of "29th August, 2023" it should be read as "29th August, 2024.

The other portion of the order dated 4th December, 2024 shall remain the same.

All parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
