It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that due to the presiding officer being indisposed, the matrimonial suit pending for final hearing after framing of issues has not been taken up since 2023. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the matrimonial suit within a period of six months from the date of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
