Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 6-HPCL is taken on record. Mr. Biswanath Chatterjee, learned advocate for the respondent nos. 1 to 6 on the last occasion, i.e. 7th March, 2024 submitted before this Court that the writ petitioners have informed the respondents through letters of their intention not to proceed with the present writ petition and to withdraw the same. He also filed copy of the letters issued by the petitioners for withdrawal of the writ petition. Upon such submission, learned advocate for the respondent nos. 1 to 6 was requested to intimate the learned advocate on record for the petitioners of the next date. In compliance thereof,

notice is served upon the learned advocate on record for the petitioners.

Despite service of notice, none appears on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the above, the present writ petition being WPA 26287 of 2023 along with all connected applications, if any, stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
