Petitioner contends she is not the principal accused. Her husband has been released on bail. She prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State submits petitioner is an erstwhile Pradhan and in collusion with her husband had induced innocent persons to part with money on the false promise of giving employment. Fake appointment letters were also issued by them.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is not an innocent housewife. She was a former panchayat Pradhan and is a teacher in a local school. She colluded with her husband and made false representations to induce job seekers to part with money on the false promise of giving employment. Signed By :

In view of the nature of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
