Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The instant intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 10th November, 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.A 24966 of 2025.

By the said order, it has been observed that since service was not complete, the matter has been listed before the learned Single Judge in the Combined Monthly List of April, 2026. The learned Single Judge, however, recorded that the prescribed authority must take steps to dispose of the application of the writ petitioner for disqualification of the respondent no.6. 4.

This Court directs the prescribed authority to decide the application for disqualification of the respondent no.6 strictly in terms of the West Bengal

Panchayat Act, 1973, particularly Section 213A thereof.

It is submitted by the Counsel for the respondents that hearing has been completed by the prescribed authority under Section 213 of the said Act and the orders be communicated.

Let the prescribed authority communicate such order to all the parties within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Time to prefer the appeal against the said order shall commence from 30 days after receipt of the order of the prescribed authority by the parties concerned. 8.

With the aforesaid observations, M.A.T. 2069 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid order, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in W.P.A 24966 of 2025 and the same is disposed of accordingly.

In view of disposal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 shall also stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
