The present revisional application has been preferred against an order No.45 dated 3rd August, 2024 passed by Sri Subhasis Ghosh, the learned Judge, 11th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No.35365 of 2014.

By the order under revision the petitioner/defendant no.2's application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC was rejected.

Considering the findings of the learned Judge in the order under revision, this court finds no reason to interfere with the same.

None appears for the petitioner on call.

The revisional application is thus dismissed for default.

Learned trial Judge being Judge, 11th Bench, City Civil Court shall proceed with the trial expeditiously.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial court for compliance.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
