Learned Advocate for the petitioner is found absent when the matter is called on for hearing. Mr. Yadav, learned Advocate for respondent nos.2 and 3 has filed affidavit-in-opposition mentioning, inter alia, that the 'said location' has been withdrawn by I.O.C.L. as there is no village named Sahapur. In view of such circumstances, the instant writ petition becomes infructuous.
