1. There is an inadvertent typographical mistake in the judgement dated 29.04.2025 in paragraph 17 at page 7.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Paragraph 17 of the Judgement dated 29.04.2025 be substituted by the following sentence:

"17. Plaintiff/opposite parties herein are directed to file their amended written statement against the counter claim of the defendants/petitioners before the Ld. Trial Court on or before 22nd May, 2025.

Petitioners/defendants are at liberty to file their reply, if any, within one (1) week

thereafter. "

4. Let this order be treated as part of the judgment dated 29.04.2025.

5. Other portions of the judgment dated 29.04.2025 shall remain unaltered.
