Perused the case diary.

It appears from the statement of a neighbour that the petitioner is in the habit of indulging in such mischief by hurling bombs. He had engaged in similar acts on earlier occasions as well. As per the report filed on behalf of the State, which is taken on record, there are three other criminal antecedents against the present petitioner, one of them involving offences under the Explosive Substances Act and another under the Arms Act.

Considering the above and other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
