Mr. Gupta, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, relies on the website copies of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as also the letter of instruction dated 19-06-2021 sent to Mr. Gupta by the petitioner. It has been submitted that as the proceedings relate to the matrimonial dispute, the same was settled before the Hon'ble Apex Court by way of mediation proceedings. Accordingly, the petitioner is not intending to pursue the same. 2.

Having regard to the submissions and the documents so relied upon by Mr. Gupta, I direct the orders of the Hon'ble Apex Court as well as the letter addressed to Mr. Gupta be kept with the record. The revisional application, as such, has been rendered infructuous and is hereby dismissed along with all connected applications, if any. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

LCR, if any, be sent back to the court below forthwith.
