By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the learned Arbitrator on 1st November, 2022, on the ground that the learned Registrar has acted erroneously in law by referring the matter in question to the Arbitrator without condoning the delay.

I find that the impugned order of the Arbitrator is appellable and as such in view of the availability of alternative remedy I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and granting liberty to avail alternative remedy available and to take there all the points in this writ petition.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 27251 of 2022 is dismissed. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
