All the three petitioners are implicated by the two injured in an incident of assault where one of the injured suffered grievous hurt.

Apparently, the assault was with sharp cutting weapons and iron rods.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5130 of 2023 is dismissed.
