1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Recovery was made from a toto. Materials on record show petitioner was in the toto which was used for carrying narcotics.

3. In view of the foresaid facts we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
