Mr. S.P.Tewary ...For the petitioner Ms. Aparna Banerjee ...For the respondents Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has cleared the entirety of the provident fund dues amounting to Rs.40,24,040/- towards interest as determined under Section 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and has paid the aforesaid sum to the respondent no.1. He says that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the instant application. Ms. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the Provident Fund authorities does not dispute the factum of payment of the Rs. 40,24,040/- by the writ petitioner.

In view thereof, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim order passed herein stands vacated. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
