The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.114 of 2017 and all connected applications pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur. 2.

None appear for the petitioners on call.

It appears that the title suit is of the year 2017. Accordingly, the civil revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial court will make all endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.
