Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the instant case at the behest of the opposite party no.2 because of rivalry. Learned advocate submits that the manner in which the criminal case has been set into motion is on the basis of improbable narration of facts and hardly there is any scope of the trial concluding in near future. As such, on any stringent condition, petitioner may be released on bail Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS as also the medical report. Learned advocate submits that the investigation has been concluded

and charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

I have taken into account the materials available in the case diary including the medical report and on an assessment of the same, I am of the view that at this stage, it would not be feasible to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail at the appropriate stage.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2543 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
