Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged highhanded and illegal action on the part of the respondent No. 5 in taking possession of the writ petitioner's property which according to the writ petitioner was not mortgaged with the respondent No. 5.

After having argued the case for some time, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of appropriate civil remedy. Such leave is granted and the writ petitioner is allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate civil proceedings before the appropriate Court of law.
