Heard learned counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim girl stated she had been kidnapped and taken to a different State. There she was confined and raped by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
