Dutta Ms. Smita Saha ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 130 days, charge-sheet has already been submitted and unnecessarily the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the instant case with the accusations of certain transactions have been credited to the account of the company.

Learned advocate also submits that the petitioner happens to be a co-owner in respect of the company where it has been alleged that an amount was siphoned off. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that out of the seven accused persons, three accused persons are still absconding. Learned

advocate also added that there are five complaints at the portal against the company which belongs to the present petitioner. According to the learned advocate the case has been investigated for digital arrest as the petitioner is operating 'Talent Train & Tour'.

Having considered the present stage of the case where three accused persons are absconding, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2537 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
