For the Petitioners Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the matter any further since the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 27281 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
