Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since last three years and although charge has been framed but after such a long detention, trial can not be completed and the case is still at the argument stage. In view of the stage at which the petitioner has approached this Court, I am of the opinion that no direction is necessary upon the learned trial court concerned. The learned trial court on conclusion of the argument would, according to its convenience, pronounce its judgment as early as possible. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4489 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently

disposed of.
