The petitioner apprehends that in carrying out public works, the State Authorities are going to enter into his land and construct a drain within the land belonging to the petitioner.

The State is represented and submits that apprehension of the petitioner is premature and misguided.

There is no question of carrying on any proposed construction in the land belonging to the petitioner.

In view of the above, WPA 27611 stands dismissed on the ground that the same is premature.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in case of any subsequent event for change of circumstances.
