Two persons suffered injuries. One person suffered grievous hurt of fracture of both bones of the forearms. Injured and the eye witness implicated the petitioners in the incident of assault leading to the fracture to the injured. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, C.R.M.(A) 5148 of 2023 is rejected. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
