The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of a proceeding pending before the learned Recovery Officer, Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal-II.

It is submitted that the said proceeding is pending since long.

This Court is not inclined to pass any mandatory order upon the Recovery Officer, Kolkata Debts Recovery TribunalII. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Recovery Officer with his prayer for urgent disposal of the proceeding and the learned Recovery Officer shall proceed with the matter taking into consideration the urgency pleaded by the petitioner.

As no mandatory directions are being passed, service upon the opposite parties, is not required. This Court has not gone into the merits of the issue involved.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
