In such circumstances, the conditions requiring the petitioner not to enter into the jurisdiction of Bowbazar Police Station until further orders except for the purpose of reporting to the Officer-inCharge, Bowbazar Police Station once in a week and shall furnish his present address where he will be residing to the Officer-in-Charge of the Bowbazar Police Station as well as the Trial Court are waived.

All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail will remain the same.
