The subject-matter of challenge relates to an order dated November 4, 2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman wherein the learned Sessions Judge after considering the case diary and the materials appearing therein including the period of detention of the accused/o.p. no.2 was pleased to release him on bail.

Being aggrieved by such order, the petitioner has approached this court.

I have taken into account the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, Paschim Brdhaman which is reflected in the order dated 4.11.2024.

Having considered the same and the passage of time which has passed in the meantime, I am of the view that there is no scope of interference at this belated stage. However, this will

not prevent the petitioner from preferring an application, if there is any change of subsequent circumstances including threat, coercion and/or impediment in the progress of the trial of the case.

If any application is brought to the notice of the jurisdictional court, the learned jurisdictional court would decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (DB) 3887 of 2024 is disposed of.
