...... petitioners Ms. Minoti Gomes Mr. Amanul Islam Mr. Sourav Mukherjee ....for the petitioners Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh Ms. Sonali Bhar ....for the State Two persons were injured. One of the persons suffered grievous injury as appearing from the injury report of such injured. The injured persons implicates the petitioners in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5797 of 2022 is dismissed.
