The applicant/petitioner seeks restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for default by an order passed on January 20, 2026.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Sufficient grounds being made out, the application being CAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.
The order dated January 20, 2026 is set aside. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number. CAN No. 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

WPA No. 27348 of 2025 Petitioner seeks the benefit of G.O.No. - 525F(Pen)/N/F/1P-155/2022 dated July 18, 2022. He submitted a representation in this regard before the
concerned authority on October 12, 2022 and seeks consideration of the same.
Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the Block Development Officer, Haripal Development Block, being the 7th respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated October 12, 2022 within six weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereof. In the event the 7th respondent arrives at a decision in favour of the petitioner, necessary consequential steps be taken at the earliest.
The writ petition is disposed of.
There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
