Learned counsels for the petitioners and the private opposite party submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the private opposite party does not intend to proceed with the matter any further. In view of the amicable settlement arrived at by and between the parties, the revisional applications being CRR 4491 of 2023 and CRR 4492 of 2023 and CRAN 1 of 2023 are allowed.

Proceedings being BGR Case no. 4832 of 2021 and BGR Case no. 632 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore be quashed.

Since the intervenor is a party to the compromise arrived at between the parties herein the application being CRAN 2 of 2024 has become redundant.
