Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 2nd of August, 2025 and the investigation of the case having been concluded, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. It has been contended by the petitioners that they are innocent of the charges and they have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case on trivial issues. Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant submits that both the petitioners are thickly connected with the alleged offence.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary and drew the attention of the Court in respect of the accusations which are available against the present petitioners relating to inflicting vital blows with hansua and iron rod.

I have taken into account the stage of the case and the factum of the other accused persons absconding, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Consequently, CRM (M) 2538 of 2025 is dismissed. Petitioners would renew their prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
