None appears for the petitioner even at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for allowing the petitioner to switch over to the pension scheme after setting aside the decision of the authority contained in the Memo dated 25th May, 2007. By the said Memo, the petitioner's prayer for changing over to the pension scheme stood rejected.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this writ petition any further. Due to passage of time the instant writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed as such.
