WPA 27294 of 2022 Mr. Somir Kr. Daskar Mr. Kushi Prasun Chatterjee .... For the Petitioner Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

None appears for the respondents despite service. Mr. Debapriya Karan, learned counsel who usually appears for the State and is present in Court is requested to represent the State in this matter. His appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

The petitioner is directed to serve copy of the application along with annexure thereto upon Mr. Debapriya Karan in course of this day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the flat in question and has been residing therein with his wife and paralytic child. The petitioner raised objection to the private respondents using the car parking area of the flat for other purposes. In retaliation the private respondents are threatening the petitioner with dire consequences and are trying to evict them from the flat in question. Several complaints lodged by the petitioner in this regard fell on deaf ears. After the writ petition was filed, a complaint has been lodged and the petitioner was asked to produce certain documents in support of the complaint.

A report be called for from the State indicating the progress in investigation of the case.

Let the matter appear under the same heading on 26th November, 2025.
