Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent of the charges and she has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and is detained for about 171 days. The investigation of the case has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is a co-conspirator who aided the principal offender who committed the offence. I have considered the materials available in the Case Diary and on an assessment of the same, I am of the view that at this stage it would not be fit and proper to release the petitioner on bail before the stage of consideration of charges is over.

As such, CRM (M) 2541 of 2025 is dismissed.

Petitioner would renew her prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over.
