Considering the relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

The title suit was registered in the year 2013. Eleven years have passed and the suit is still pending before the learned trial Court.

The suit is filed for declaration and for permanent injunction.

Considering the said fact the present revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned trial Court shall dispose of the Title Suit in accordance with

law preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order.

CO 3991 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
