Report reflects that till date the warrant of arrest has not been executed.

The petitioner has undertaken that he would abide and adhere to the terms of the learned trial court in future and will not be absent on the date fixed by the learned trial court. In view of the undertaking given by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, the warrant of arrest so issued is stayed till 14th July, 2023. In case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the learned trial court, the learned trial court will allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond subject to the conditions that he would physically appear on the date so fixed and would not evade the process of law. In order to ensure the presence of the accused conditions be imposed to him to meet with

the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of Liluah Police Station thrice a week until further orders.

The execution of warrant of arrest has been stayed till 14th July, 2023. In case the petitioner do not surrender by 14th July, 2023, on 14th July, 2023, the learned trial court would invoke the provisions of Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4512 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
