Petitioner contends she had executed the work order. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State submits work order had been illegally awarded to her without following proper procedure. 3.

However, petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.5,12,553/- which had been paid to her for execution of the work before the jurisdictional court subject to the result of the case. 4.

In light of the aforesaid development, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is not necessary and petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Sanchita Ghosh be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Signed By :

the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. She shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
