We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor student. She alleged petitioner was her private tutor and had subjected her to sexual assault. In view of the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
