1. We have heard Mr. Mukund Anand appearing in person. On going through the averments stated in the petition and after hearing the petitioner for a considerable period time we find that this petition is not maintainable. If, according to the petitioner, the learned Trial Judge has not obeyed the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat, then other remedies are available to the applicant to be exhausted.

2. In the result, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
