1. Dying declaration of the deceased implicates the petitioner before us.

2. Trial is in progress. Out of 25 charge sheeted witnesses, 14 were examined.

3. In such conspectus, since the trial is in progress and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
