Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 130 days and they are unnecessarily being detained even after the investigation has been concluded.

Learned advocate for the State submits that there are recoveries which have been effected from the petitioners and two of the petitioners have been identified in the T.I. Parade, there are CCTV footages justifying the presence of the petitioners. Having considered the present stage of the case and the complicity of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2548 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage.
