Perused the order dated April 26, 2024 passed by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Barrackpore-1. It appears therefrom that the public road has been detected to be constructed in an unauthorized manner over the land of the petitioner.

The panchayat shall take steps to immediately restore the land as per the direction of the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer at the cost of the panchayat in terms of the order dated 26th April, 2024.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Report filed by the BL & LRO signed on April 29, 2024 be retained with the records.
