Petitioner is in custody for more than three years. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials connecting the petitioner with the murder. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on a number of occasions earlier. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Steps be taken to commit the case to the court of sessions at the earliest.
