1. The petitioners have filed the present writ application challenging the impugned orders dated 19th April, 2025 and 28th October, 2025. The main grievance of the petitioners challenging the order is that the bank has passed the order without serving the copy of the forensic audit report and other documents which the authorities have relied upon by passing the impugned orders.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents/bank submits that the petitioners were having the forensic audit report and have challenged the forensic audit report in separate proceeding. He submits that it is not

necessary to serve the copy of the said report to the petitioner for further.

3. Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioners that without supply the copy of the forensic audit report and the documents the impugned orders have been passed. Accordingly, the bank is directed to supply the forensic audit report along with the documents, if any, relied upon by the bank in the show cause notice issued to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to file their supplementary reply to the show cause notice within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4. As this Court has directed the authorities to supply the forensic audit report and other documents, the impugned orders dated 19th April, 2025 and 28th October, 2025 are set aside and quashed.

5. After receipt of the supplementary reply to the show cause notice, if any, the bank shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. WPA 27334 of 2025 is disposed of and the connected application also stands disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
