Learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Aishwarya Datta submits that the respondent authorities have already granted relief to the petitioner as prayed for in the writ petition. Appointment order has been issued and notional benefit has also been granted to the petitioner on 15.12.2015.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter.

WPA 26393 of 2023 is disposed of without any orders.

There shall be no order as to costs.
