1. Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record.

2. The present revisional application has been preferred by the petitioner husband praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.380/2024 (74/24) [Smt. Anima Paul Das vs. Sri Shuvro Das] under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, currently pending for adjudication before the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Malda and/or any other Court of competent jurisdiction within the District of Malda.

3. It appears that the matrimonial suit has been initiated by the wife opposite party herein at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.

4. It is submitted that the husband petitioner herein had suffered two heart attacks and is on heavy medication and as such, such prayer is made.

5. Considering the fact that the wife resides in Durgapur and also considering medical ailment of the petitioner husband, this court grants liberty to the petitioner to avail of the Video Conferencing facility to attend the hearing before the court of Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.

6. The trial court is directed to accommodate the petitioner during course of hearing by providing access to the Video Conference facility.

7. The revisional application stands disposed of.

8. Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
