It is the only grievance of the petitioner that though he applied for review of "language in creativity and analysis" paper of 6th Semester examination, the result of review had not been published.

Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the University submits that the University will publish the review result within a short period of time. In view of the fair stand taken by the University, noting remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 27329 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction upon the University to publish the review result within a period two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
