2. The report filed by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted that the proceedings being Special Case no. 87 of 2017 pending before the learned Judge, Special Court, Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda, has already been disposed of acquitting the accused and as such the present criminal revisional application has become infructuous.
4. The learned advocate for the petitioners has also conceded such submission.
5. CRR 3826 of 2017 being infructuous is disposed of accordingly.
6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties taking all legal formalities.
